Colliers has been voted the Best Café in Sydney for 2011 in a competition run by "The City Weekly". We use Di Lorenzo coffee who roast the beans espresso style and test them 3 times to ensure that the specific characteristics manifest themselves throughout the roasting procedure. A sandwich spot famous for its - yup, you guessed it - sandwiches, Colliers Sandwich Company is uber popular with local Woolloomooloo residents, as well as neighbouring office workers.
